It's been a while since I was doing any writing here at Gube, but I thought I would share my Top 10 albums of 2012, mainly because they're (mostly!) a different bunch of albums from those chosen by Bugge.

They're in no particular order, as I really couldn't choose between them.

What we do need is Good Music!

Strong music played by dedicated talented artists is the exact opposite of hate and violence. I strongly believe in music as worldwide key elements in peace and understanding among people and cultures. I have been so fotunate this year to start up a new band "Ok World" bringing together talented musicians from all over the world projecting just that.  Peace Love and Understanding. We are sceduled for a world premiere at Oslo World Music Festival in November.Looking forward! Have also been so fortunate to produce albums for both  Hong Kongnese superstar Karen Mok along with amazing Asian Jazzmusicians and wonderful Mid Eastern Vocalist Rim Banna and Palestinian, Tunisian musicians.

It is like a dream come through to travel around meeting such amazing people all with the same goal. Make good music. Thank you!

Manfred and soon more of us are withdrawing our material from various streaming services. Streaming works mainy for mainstream music and huge catalogues allready out for years. By no way for independent smal quality music labels. Would like to raise a debate on this issue. Listeners, artists and labels perspectives. Gube will soon release streaming of all Gube purhcased music in Flac quality.
