Estonian born singer and pianist Ingrid Lukas presents her debutalbum on Nik Bärtsch´s label Ronin Rhythm Records. Mixing Estonian traditions with jazz and pop elements. Nik is putting Switzerland on the map for European jazz with his carefully selected recordings of talented Swiss artists.

Personel:

Ingrid Lukas: vocals, piano, harmonium.  Born in 1984 in Tallinn. Studies at the Tallinn Music High
School.  Moved to Switzerland in 1994 and graduated from Zurich’s Academy of Music (HMT) as a
jazz/pop-singer and a teacher of music (2007). Studies with Marianne Racine, Susanne Abbühl,
Martina Bovet. Concerts in Switzerland, Austria, Germany and Estonia. Guest appearances in Zurich
Schauspielhaus and in the series of Monday concerts of Nik Bärtsch’s RONIN. Guest soloist in the

Corina Schranz: vocals. Born1987 in Luzern, Switzerland. Studies by Peter Brechbühler, Valérie
